Lessons from the Life of Chadwick Boseman
“When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, ‘I used everything You gave me.”
“When you are deciding on the next steps, next jobs, next careers, further education, you should rather find purpose than a job or a career. Purpose crosses disciplines. Purpose is an essential element of you.”
Those were excerpts from the words of Chadwick Boseman.
The reason the death of Chadwick Boseman was felt by so many is that He used the opportunity in film making and acting to create an impact, an actor who had the rare ability to create a character from the outside in and the inside out… Boseman knew how to fuse with a role, etching it in three dimensions.
He got his first television role in 2003 but in his junior year, he wrote his first play in the year 1995. I got to know him because of the movie: Black Panther in 2018,
I took out time to study His life, career, and Legacy, with that I noted the points below in no particular order…
1. Success depends upon past planning, and without such arrangement there’s beyond any doubt to be a disappointment.
2. The littler the part natural abilities appear to play, the greater the part of planning appears to play.
3. It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
4. Don’t ever belittle the impact you may have on somebody else’s life.
5. Touching lives cannot be quantified in money
6. It’s not about just standing out; it’s about making a permanent check within the hearts of men by affecting their lives.
7. Accept that your life isn’t by mistake and never see down on what you’ll be able to do to affect a life.
8. You know yourself better after you go past your limits.
9. If you cherish life, do not squander time, for time is what life is made up of
10. A Mentor helps an individual to see a conceivable future, and puts courage it can be obtained.
